I take this practice seriously, and I encourage my clients to share their feelings without fear of shame or embarrassment. Discretion and confidentiality are core values of mine, and I hold your stories with enormous care. I believe every one of us is precious and worthy of love, respect, and dignity. I will listen to you. I will support you. And I will guide you toward a life with more choices, more freedom, more connection, and more peace. 

I welcome people of all genders in my practice but specialize in relationships with folks who identify as women, are 60+, and are looking to make sense of the life they’ve lived while also making a plan for what comes next.

I know firsthand the benefits of this work practiced together with a partner, so I welcome couples of all genders. I just ask that both are motivated to strengthen their relationship through improved communication with themselves and each other.

One is never too old to work with me and seldom too young. If you are ready to strengthen your relationship with yourself while finding more joy and peace in your life, age doesn’t matter.

In a Buoyant Life Strategy Session, we begin by exploring the Buoyant Life Audit you’ve completed, (NOTE: a link to the Audit will be provided once you schedule the Strategy Session) which gives us a window into what’s most important as you navigate this season of life. The Audit focuses on the 9 Elements of Aging Buoyantly by looking at what are most important and relevant Elements. Together, we'll identify the primary goals that matter to you and focus on what will bring the most buoyancy and joy to your aging journey.

From there, we’ll dive into a firsthand experience through a session that takes a current challenge or celebration you’re facing and seeks greater understanding through the Age Buoyantly lens. This isn’t just a "let’s see" conversation—it’s an opportunity to really feel the benefits of this process in a meaningful way.

You’ll leave with a clear path forward, grounded in your desires and supported by options that feel right for you. Whether we work together or not, this conversation ensures you will be equipped to move forward with intention and purpose.

1. The Buoyant Life Strategy Session 2 hours, 1-on-1, reduced rate $125

2. your Buoyant Life! 18+ hours 1-on-1 coaching + 9-12 hours small group coaching: $2,700 (if made in 1 payment) A 3-payment plan is also available as well as a second person discount.

Details:

1. The Buoyant Life Strategy Session—$125
This includes the Buoyant Life Audit plus 2 hours of one-on-one work with me. (See the section above that details a Buoyant Life Strategy Session.) During this time we’ll review your Buoyant Life Audit, you will experience the work in a complete session that gives you a deep experience of this work, and we will come up with strategies for getting you where you most want to be. 

2. your Buoyant Life!—$2,700 investment
This three-month journey will be completed in 90 days, roughly once per week for three months. The investment for this one-on-one program is $2,700 if paid all at once or in 3 installments of $950 due at the beginning of each of the three months of the program. Couples or partners taking the program together will receive a 50% discount for the second person, so long as all 12 sessions are done together.

What your Buoyant Life! journey entails:

1. Twelve 90+ minute 1-on-1 sessions
2. One private Connection Practice course, Inner Wellness for Success,* customized to your life and contained within the 1-on-1 sessions
3. One certificate of course completion
4. Six 90-120 minute small-group Circles (capped at 3-4 participants)

HeartMath offers research-backed skills that open us to intuitive guidance from the heart and the brain. These tools of heart intelligence can be used to manage and reduce stress while enhancing all aspects of our emotional well-being.

As a HeartMath trainer and coach who has taught this method at venues as varied as Homeland Security and in private homes, I support client growth with techniques that ensure comprehension about the vastly different emotions that dictate so much of our daily lives. Clients quickly increase appreciation for the life-affirming emotions (sometimes called positive feelings) that reduce stress, open us to reliable intuition, and result in more buoyant joy and in all aspects of our lives. At the same time, science that describes how depleting emotions (often thought of as negative feelings) can challenge our health, our energy availability, and our overall dissatisfaction with our lives is explained. With each session, clients deepen their ability to choose with more frequency which emotions they experience. 

Using HeartMath helps synchronize the rhythms of the heart, which promotes coherence, reduces stress, sharpens cognitive function, and improves overall health. 

The Connection Practice is a communication tool, a synergy of HeartMath and Nonviolent Communication, that is designed to help individuals strengthen their connection with themselves and others while shifting perspectives. During our sessions together, we may use the practice to explore areas of conflict as well as celebration so that you come to understand deeply what motivates you. In turn, these discoveries lead to healthier decisions, helps us get our greatest needs met, and resolves conflict in peaceful ways. As we give words to the areas of friction we uncover, we will focus first on empathy—identifying the feelings and needs of those involved—and then insight—accessing solutions through inner reflection. While it may sound a little woo-woo, this simple tool produces immediate, authentic results! 

Since Ellen is a master trainer of this modality, she incorporates the full Inner Wellness for Success course into her 3-month programs. She is also licensed to teach Emotionally Safe Relationships, and to certify coaches and trainers in this work.
