I HELP WOMEN AGE BUOYANTLY
Since 2009, I have led women from merely treading water to a life submerged in their fullest expression of joy—especially after 60. You see, I believe that growing older is not a misfortune; growing older is a miraculous movement. We must embrace it as such.
I’m right there with you, and you know what I’ve learned to love these days? Scuba diving! And its parallels to our season of life aren’t lost on me. I’ve realized that below-surface changes come to light when we—curious women—are brave enough to dive where few do. Together, we must dare to disrupt the aging narrative.
